#1: CHAMPIONS ROUND  (Los Angeles, CA)

Champions Round is building fan engagement tools for a new vertical in fantasy sports in physical sports and esports while learning important concepts and winning money and in-game currencies. Their first pilot was around the 2020 NFL Draft show.

 


#2: GAMEFACE AI  (Sydney, Australia)

Gameface AI is building an analytics platform to extract event, tracking and performance data from live and archived sports videos using artificial intelligence and computer vision; with no additional venue infrastructure. Traction includes upcoming pilots with the National Basketball League (NBL) and FC Barcelona; while FIFA ranked them as the “Best Optical Tracking System” in their commissioned EPTS benchmark tests.

 


#3: GAMERJI ESPORTS  (Ahmadabad, India)

Gamerji Esports is an esports tournament platform in India for gamers to compete, communicate, share content and win cash prizes by conducting more than 75 tournaments everyday. Traction in the first 7 months includes 500,000 active users and $130,000 in revenue.

#4: HONEST GAME  (Chicago, IL)

Honest Game created a platform that builds automated academic roadmaps, using academic data gathered directly from high schools or student transcripts, to produce individualized College Athletic Reports on Eligibility (CARE) for high school athletes who want to play college sports. Within 4 months of launch, over 30 schools and clubs are utilizing the platform.

 


#5: OBSESH  (Los Angeles, CA)

Obsesh is a digital platform and marketplace for (Gen Z and Millennials) outdoor fans to discover original video content, learn from progressive athletes and authoritative experts, share experiences, and do it all on-the-go. Traction includes acquiring over 170 hours of original content; recruiting over 70 top pros, athletes and creators; signing 3 major free-to-air streaming TV & OTT contracts; and securing 4 strategic collaborative content sharing partnerships; while generating over $125,000 in revenue in the last 12 months.

 


#6: OMYUTECH  (Tokyo, Japan)

OmyuTech has created a suite of products revolutionizing Japanese amateur sports by delivering a portfolio of products (baseball data collection app and broadcast platform) that allows amateur players, leagues, teams and businesses to connect with loyal fans and potential customers. In 2019, 5 million fans watched more than 3,000 amateur baseball games through the OmyuTech game stream; and over 8,000 teams used the Easyscore system to gather stats for practice and games.

#7: ORB INNOVATIONS  (London, UK)

Orb Innovations created a custom designed mouthpiece that contains health and performance-monitoring sensors that track unique biometric, movement and impact data and feeds into a real-time health, wellness and performance data platform. Traction includes pilots with 2 professional rugby teams (London Scottish Football Club and Wasps FC).

 


#8: POLPO AI  (Los Angeles, CA)

Polpo AI is a fully automated, AI powered online content protection solution, using real-time discovery, verification and enforcement against online piracy for TV and mobile apps and IPTVs (Internet Protocol television) in addition to Video on Demand (VOD). Traction includes two proof of concepts with a broadcaster in Mexico and a professional sports league in NYC, which requested a proposal for over 7,000 hours of live content production; and they are finalizing contracts for three new pilots that will proceed once sports return to play.

 


#9: PROMOSHARE  (Chicago, IL)

PromoShare has created an affiliate rewards platform that enables clients to visualize the entire campaign lifecycle from content distribution through sales conversion to improve ticket sales utilizing proprietary behavior and predictive models. Traction includes becoming an integrated partner of MLB, MLBAM and Tickets.com; while generating over $200,000 in revenue in the last 12 months.

 


#10: SPORTSMAN’S BOX  (Dallas, TX)

Sportsman’s Box is a monthly delivery box of field-tested and guide-approved hunting gear, fishing gear and products, which increases the odds of success with better gear, access and opportunities, while saving time and money. Traction includes over $1.7M in revenue in the last 12 months.
